Throughout my childhood, fake school was always my go-to favorite playtime activity! Overtime, I became sure that my future would be teaching and inspiring children. This led me to pursue my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education at the University of Florida, graduating with honors. During my time at UF, I received my Reading Endorsement, ESOL Endorsement, an official Teaching Certificate, and a handful of classroom experience. One unique thing about me as a teacher, is that I love to make my lessons as creative and engaging as possible! When I am  not teaching, you can find me at the beach, the springs, exercising, cooking, and spending time with my loved ones. I like to say I'm a bubbly, outgoing, and friendly person, who values making a difference in the lives of others!

Hello, I'm Miss Kristina! I hold a Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education and have taught in both elementary and middle school environments. In my various roles as an Education Director, Teacher, and Coach, I have supported students in their learning journeys. My goal is to foster a fun and engaging learning atmosphere for every student. In my free time, I enjoy dancing, long walks, and baking delightful treats. I have a passion for learning and embracing new adventures, as life becomes even more enjoyable when you boldly explore the unknown. I can't wait to meet your little learner!

When I was young I went to a very small community school, where I felt deeply cared for and supported by my teachers. That experience inspired me to give that same experience to my own students. In 2017, I graduated with my postgraduate degree in Elementary Education in the United Kingdom. After moving to Florida, I got the opportunity to work in a Montessori classroom for 5 years, eventually to become a Montessori certified teacher too. I am beyond grateful to have an understanding of both the traditional education system, as well as alternative approaches to education. I believe this has been an invaluable treasure in my teaching practice, allowing me to support the whole child on their individual learning journey.

Hi! My name is Miss Sierra! I received my Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education in 2021 and have been working with kids ever since. I've taught children from various backgrounds and age groups, ranging from early preschool to second grade, and I tailor my teaching style to meet the educational needs of each individual child. I love being part of a learning environment and helping my students feel motivated and excited about achieving their personal goals as well as those of the classroom.

I am not currently teaching, as I transitioned to a full-time Virtual Assistant role, where I handle administrative tasks for The Fun Tutor. I am thrilled to be a part of The Fun Tutor team!

Hello! My name is Miss Lauren. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of North Carolina and hold a TESOL certification. I spent three years teaching Kindergarten at The American International School in Thailand, where I had the rewarding experience of working with students learning English and training other teachers to do the same. In 2020, I welcomed my beautiful baby girl and took a couple of years off from teaching. Now, I’m thrilled to be at The Fun Tutor, where I get to spend my days working with incredible young readers. I couldn’t be more excited to embark on this journey with them!
